CECO y AFAR suscriben un convenio para favorecer el tejido empresarial vinculado al frío industrial

El presidente de CECO, Antonio Díaz, y el presidente de la Asociación de Fabricantes Andaluces de Refrigeración (AFAR), José Mª Raya, han suscrito un convenio marco de colaboración con el objetivo de favorecer el tejido empresarial vinculado al frio industrial, considerando que dos tercios de las empresas del sector están asociadas a AFAR y que es en la provincia de Córdoba donde se produce entre un 70 y un 80% de la producción nacional de frío comercial y la práctica totalidad del frío industrial.

El parque Empresarial Príncipe Felipe de Lucena ha acogido un encuentro entre representantes y empresas de AFAR junto a responsables de CECO donde se han concretado las líneas de actuación del acuerdo, entre las que se encuentran:

La defensa de los intereses comunes y la promoción del sector industrial de la refrigeración y climatización ante el conjunto de la sociedad y las Administraciones; La realización de estudios sobre temas de interés para el sector de la refrigeración y climatización; La formación de profesionales cualificados, facilitando su incorporación al sector de la refrigeración y climatización, atendiendo a las demandas de las empresas del sector; La formación a lo largo de la vida profesional, atendiendo a las demandas de las empresas del sector, contribuyendo de tal forma a la especialización, actualización y reciclaje;  La dotación y mejora de las competencias profesionales necesarias a los trabajadores del sector; El desarrollo de acciones de apoyo y acompañamiento a la formación; La colaboración en proyectos y acciones para impulsar el sector de la refrigeración y climatización a nivel andaluz; El intercambio de ideas y buenas prácticas en el ámbito formativo y laboral; La realización conjunta de jornadas, seminarios, mesas redondas y reuniones, para el análisis en profundidad del sector de aspectos de interés común y sectorial, contribuyendo a la mejora de la competitividad de las empresas; La promoción del asociacionismo empresarial, para aglutinar esfuerzos, generar sinergias y conseguir mejores resultados; Y el desarrollo de una estrategia común que permita fomentar, impulsar y desarrollar medios y recursos materiales y humanos, con los que presentarse a convocatorias de ayudas para el desarrollo de proyectos financiados por el marco Estratégico Común de la Unión Europea.
