AMARA y el Club de Baloncesto de Lucena celebran una tarde especial de entrenamiento por el Día de la Discapacidad

Con motivo de la conmemoración del Día de la Discapacidad, las instalaciones de la Asociación Comarcal Pro-Personas con Discapacidad Psíquica “Virgen de Araceli”, AMARA, acogía un entrenamiento especial con los jugadores del Club de Baloncesto de Lucena, al que también pertenecen desde el pasado mes de septiembre 17 jóvenes de AMARA.

Según Pedro Pérez, directivo del Club de Baloncesto de Lucena, la jornada se desarrolló de 4 a 6 de la tarde con un concurso de habilidades y mates donde participaron los deportistas del equipo de baloncesto de AMARA junto a jugadores federados del club lucentino.

Pérez indicaba que se trata de una actividad especial con motivo del Día de la Discapacidad, aunque recordaba que los jóvenes de AMARA entrenan dos días cada semana y participan en todas las actividades que organiza el equipo.

La presentación oficial del Club de Baloncesto de Lucena tendrá lugar el próximo domingo 12 de diciembre en el Pabellón de Deportes de Lucena. Entre las actividades previstas, también destaca una visita a las instalaciones del Unicaja Baloncesto el sábado 18 de diciembre, con un recorrido posterior a las calles del centro de Málaga para disfrutar del alumbrado extraordinario de Navidad.
