Alumnos del CEIP Antonio Machado brindan una cálida bienvenida al pequeño Jean Carlos que será operado en Córdoba gracias a Infancia Solidaria

Los niños y niñas del colegio de educación infantil y primaria Antonio Machado han brindado una calidad bienvenida al pequeño Jean Carlos, un niño de República Dominicana aquejado de una cardiopatía congénita severa que será intervenido en el hospital Reina Sofía de Córdoba gracias al convenio que Infancia Solidaria tiene suscrito con este centro hospitalario.

El delegado de Infancia Solidaria en Córdoba, David Rodríguez, que ha estado acompañado por las voluntarias lucentinas de esta institución, Carmen López y Carmen Delgado, valoró muy positivamente el gesto realizado por los alumnos y alumnas de este colegio y reconoció que los niños son el futuro del mundo.

El pasado día 30 de noviembre, la directora del colegio Antonio Machado, Sara Lucena hizo entrega a Infancia Solidaria de la recaudación obtenida en la IV edición de la “Carrera Estrella Solidaria” organizada por el centro escolar el día 20 de noviembre con motivo del “Día del niño” y en la que participaron 650 alumnos logrando recabar la cantidad de 1.851 euros, dinero que ha servido para que Jean Carlos pueda venir a España.

Una vez más los niños y niñas han dado una emocionante lección de solidaridad y humanidad. Cabe significar que Infancia Solidaria ha reconocido al Colegio Antonio Machado como centro colaborador mediante la entrega de un azulejo que así lo acredita.
