Agentes de la Policía Nacional de la comisaría Lucena-Cabra han detenido a un hombre como presunto autor de un delito de maltrato animal

Agentes de la Policía Nacional de la Comisaría Local de Lucena-Cabra (Córdoba) han procedido a la detención el pasado viernes de un hombre como presunto autor de un delito de maltrato animal que tuvo lugar a finales del pasado mes de julio.

 

Investigadores de la Comisaría Local de Lucena-Cabra tuvieron conocimiento de cómo al parecer, a finales del pasado mes de julio, un hombre habría golpeado con un bate de béisbol a un perro, causándole de ese modo la muerte al animal.

 

Desde ese momento, los agentes realizaron una serie de pesquisas para poder esclarecer el suceso, identificando plenamente al presunto autor de los hechos durante la pasada semana, procediendo a su detención como presunto autor de un delito de maltrato animal tipificado en el Código Penal.
