20 personas desempleadas han comenzado a entrenar una nueva búsqueda de trabajo en la Lanzadera de Empleo de Lucena

Un programa innovador en la lucha contra el paro impulsado por Fundación Santa María la Real, Fundación Telefónica, la Junta de Andalucía y el Ayuntamiento, que cuenta con la cofinanciación del Fondo Social Europeo. Durante los cinco próximos meses, se reunirán varios días a la semana y con la orientación de una técnica especializada, realizarán actividades para optimizar su búsqueda laboral y contar con nuevas posibilidades de inserción laboral.

La Lanzadera de Empleo de Lucena está integrada por un equipo de 20 personas desempleadas (15 mujeres y 5 hombres), con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 52 años, y diversos perfiles formativos: ESO, Formación Profesional, Bachiller y estudios universitarios. Hay quien busca su primer trabajo y quien busca una nueva oportunidad laboral tras años de experiencia en diferentes sectores, como restauración, cultura, agrícola o del mueble y la carpintería, un sector muy típico del tejido empresarial lucentino.

Cultura colaborativa

Ana Huertos es la técnica que ha realizado el proceso de selección y la encargada de gestionar la lanzadera durante los próximos cinco meses. Explica que es un grupo heterogéneo, con experiencias muy variopintas, cuya labor ahora es convertirse en un equipo y compartir un mismo objetivo: ayudarse mutuamente para mejorar sus habilidades profesionales, emprender una búsqueda de trabajo más seria, profesional, proactiva y coordinada, para contar con nuevas oportunidades laborales.

¿Qué harán en la lanzadera?

A partir de ahora y durante los próximos cinco meses, se reunirán varios días a la semana en locales cedidos gratuitamente por el Ayuntamiento. Llevarán a cabo diversas actividades: talleres de inteligencia emocional, dinámicas de comunicación, marca personal y búsqueda de empleo 2.0; entrenamiento de entrevistas de trabajo; elaboración de mapas de empleabilidad, visitas a empresas y encuentros con responsables de Recursos Humanos con el objetivo de conseguir la plena inserción de los veinte participantes.

Metodología que funciona

“Tenemos evidencia de que la metodología desarrollada por Fundación Santa María la Real funciona. Una persona que entra a una lanzadera sale muy distinta, con un crecimiento personal y profesional, y conocimiento nuevas técnicas, que le aportan mayor seguridad y confianza. Los resultados tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos nos motivan a seguir apostando por este proyecto de mejora de la empleabilidad”, destaca el director de Relaciones Institucionales de Fundación Telefónica, Joan Cruz.
