El Ayuntamiento requiere a la empresa adjudicataria nuevas actuaciones para solucionar la proliferación de cucarachas

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena ha querido informar que en los meses de verano se están llevando a cabo las correspondientes actuaciones en materia de desinsectación del alcantarillado con motivo de la proliferación, habitual de esta época del año, de insectos y roedores.

Además, de las intervenciones periódicas que se realizan durante todo el año con la intención de controlar dichas poblaciones, desde el pasado mes de mayo se ha intensificado los tratamientos y servicios de desinsectación, continuando también con el control de roedores.

Asimismo se solicita la colaboración de la ciudadanía para poder detectar los puntos donde se haya incrementado la actividad de estos insectos y poder actuar sobre los mismos. Para ello los vecinos pueden dirigirse a la Delegación de Agricultura, situada en la calle Pedro Angulo número 8, o bien, a través del teléfono 957 51 05 39 para dar aviso de los focos donde aumente el número de los insectos y roedores.  El concejal delegado de Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, José CAntizani, se refería a este problema indicando que se ha solicitado a la empresa encargada de la desratización que ponga remedio así como a las industrias encargadas de las canalizaciones a que también solucionen el problema.
