1.150 niños participan este verano de las ludotecas ofertadas por el Ayuntamiento de Lucena

El alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez, la concejal de Servicios Sociales, Teresa Alonso, y la concejal de Educación, Encarnación Camacho, han visitado esta mañana las Ludotecas de Verano, que este año se celebranen el CEIP Virgen del Valle y en el CEIP Antonio Machado con un total de participación de en torno a 1.150 niños (750 en el mes de julio y 400 en el de agosto), lo que supone un aumento considerable con respecto a las que se celebran en invierno.

La concejal de Servicios Sociales ha querido destacar estas cifras, siendo estas ludotecas “uno de los recursos más demandados por parte de las familias y entendemos que un servicio básico que debe ser prestado a la ciudadanía”. Además, en esta línea, Alonso ha querido animar a las familias lucentinas a participar en estas ludotecas durante la segunda quincena de julio y las dos de agosto para las que aún se ofertan plazas.

La ludoteca, cuyo servicio fue adjudicado a la empresa CAF por un importe de 24.000 euros aproximadamente, cuenta con un horario de 10 a 13.10 horas que se amplía en los casos de necesidad de conciliación laboral de 9 a 14 horas. El personal encargado se ve incrementado en 12 monitores externos, además del personal de las ludotecas de invierno, así como voluntarios, que ocuparán el tiempo de los niños y niñas con actividades diversas como cine, juegos deportivos, talleres, visitas a las piscinas, etc. Asimismo, en el CEIP Virgen del Valle se desarrolla una ludoteca de verano para niños con necesidades educativas especiales, organizado por AMFE, en la que participan 15 niños que serán atendidos por personal especializado.

Juan Pérez, por su parte, ha querido reseñar que “de cara al futuro y debido al buen funcionamiento y al éxito de participación demostrado por estas ludotecas se va a estudiar la viabilidad de ampliar este proyecto a tres centros de cara al próximo verano”. Asimismo ha señalado que desde el Ayuntamiento de Lucena se sigue apostando con este tipo de proyectos por una oferta de ocio asequible y de calidad que permita la conciliación de la vida familiar y laboral de los ciudadanos.
