El PP denuncia al Ayuntamiento ante el Consejo Andaluz de Transparencia

Como ya anunció el Grupo Municipal del Partido Popular de Lucena la pasada semana, en la mañana de hoy el Portavoz Municipal de este Grupo Político, Paco Huertas, acompañado del también Concejal Popular, Francis Aguilar, se han personado en las oficinas de correos para presentar por correo certificado con acuse de recibo de una denuncia ante el Consejo Andaluz de Transparencia y Protección de Datos de la Junta de Andalucía contra el Ayuntamiento de Lucena ante la negativa, tras más de dos meses, a facilitar información sobre cuestiones municipales para el normal desarrollo de control y fiscalización que este Grupo del PP está obligado y que la ley ampara.

Ya en la comparecencia que este Grupo realizó ante los Medios de Comunicación la semana pasada, el Concejal Francis Aguilar mostró documentos registrados desde hace dos meses y que siguen sin tener respuesta. Paco Huertas, Portavoz Municipal del PP, ha vuelto a recordar esta mañana que la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local obliga al Equipo de Gobierno a contestar estas peticiones en los siguientes cinco día hábiles, quedando demostrado, en este caso, que el Alcalde de Lucena (PSOE) está incumpliendo la ley.

Desde el Partido Popular, han vuelto a afirmar con rotundidad los Concejales de este Grupo, qu continuarán denunciando la falta de transparencia en la acción de Gobierno del PSOE y no van a tolerar que se torpedee y obstaculice la normal y necesaria labor de control desde el Grupo Mayoritario de la Oposición. Por estas razones, ha manifestado Paco Huertas, el Partido Popular se ha visto obligado a presentar esta denuncia ante este Consejo Andaluz de Transparencia y Protección de Datos, para que desde este órgano se obligue al Equipo de Gobierno y al Alcalde a cumplir con sus obligaciones de gobernante y cumpla con la ley facilitando toda la información que sea requerida y se tomen las medidas oportunas para que esta falta de democracia que supone este atropello no se vuelva a producir.

Lucena, han vuelto a recordar los Populares, está a la cola de los grandes municipios de la provincia de Córdoba en el cumplimiento de la Ley de Transparencia y de 151 indicadores, Lucena solo cumple en 41 o lo que es lo mismo el 27,15%.
