Partido serio y punto importante el conseguido por el C.D. Ciudad de Lucena en el campo de un rival directo como el Xerez C.D.

Duelo en la cumbre entre aspirantes al ascenso que se saldó con un valioso empate del Ciudad de Lucena en el campo de la Juventud.Xerez C.D. y C.D. Ciudad de Lucena disputaron un duelo muy equilibrado donde ambos equipos se mostraron respeto mutuo. El encuentro tuvo un par de ocasiones claras, una para cada equipo; el Ciudad de Lucena pudo adelantarse en el marcador con un disparo ajustado de Sergio Torres, mientras que el Xerez pudo marcharse al descanso con ventaja, si Benítez acierta en un remate cerca de la portería de Alberto.

Eso fue lo que dio de sí el partido en cuanto a oportunidades claras de gol; el resto del choque ofreció algunos acercamientos de ambos equipos y un mayor dominio del balón por parte del equipo lucentino.

Al final, reparto de puntos y buenas sensaciones del C.D. Ciudad de Lucena que además, se hizo con el gol average particular.
