La firma lucentina Roldán Arquitectos opta a la adjudicación del contrato de servicios cuyo objeto es la redacción del proyecto, dirección de obras y coordinación de seguridad y salud del aparcamiento público a construir en la Avda. del Parque, en el antiguo edificio de Bodegas Víbora.

Actualmente, la documentación técnica presentada por el estudio lucentino de arquitectura está siendo objeto de revisión por parte de los técnicos municipales de la delegación de Obras del consistorio lucentino.

Salvado este trámite, será el consejo de administración de la Entidad Pública Empresarial Local “Aparcamientos Municipales de Lucena” la que realizará la valoración pertinente y a partir de ahí, en caso de resultar favorable, y todo apunta en principio a que así será, comenzarían los plazos estipulados para la ejecución del proyecto

Cabe recordar que en la sesión plenaria ordinaria correspondiente al mes de junio fue la Entidad Pública Empresarial Local “Aparcamientos Municipales de Lucena” quien planteó la solicitud correspondiente a la financiación de este proyecto, una petición que vio luz verde por unanimidad y que ha supuesto un compromiso de gasto plurianual para financiar el contrato de servicios mencionado con el correspondiente detalle de aportación por anualidades

Así en 2021 se atendería el levantamiento topográfico y estudio geotécnico por un importe de 15.216,80 € IVA excluido, así como el anteproyecto y estudio económico por valor de 26.350,00 € IVA excluido. Esto haría un total de 41.566,80 euros.

Para 2022 se afrontaría la redacción del proyecto básico estimado en 21.602,50 € IVA excluido y la redacción del proyecto de ejecución y estudio de Seguridad y Salud por una cuantía de 84.120,00 €, IVA excluido. La inversión total de esta anualidad sería de 105.722,50 €

Finalmente, para 2023 y 2024 se acometería la dirección de obra y coordinación de Seguridad y Salud con una valoración de 182.922,00 € IVA excluido.

Cabe significar que las cifras anteriores son importes máximos y se les aplicará la baja que resulte de la adjudicación del contrato, no obstante incluyendo el IVA correspondiente la inversión total de esta fase rondaría los 400.000 euros. Por otra lado, para la ejecución de la obra existe una previsión de gasto de en torno a 3 millones de euros para cuya financiación el ayuntamiento evaluará su viabilidad con el área de intervención municipal sin descartar la posibilidad de acudir a un crédito bancario.
