El Pleno aprueba la licitación del césped del campo de fútbol en renting con 272.904 euros de presupuesto

El Pleno ordinario del Ayuntamiento de Lucena celebrado nuevamente de manera telemática  aprobaba por unanimidad el expediente para la contratación del suministro del césped artificial para el Estadio Municipal de Fútbol Ciudad de Lucena por la formula financiera de renting. Este arrendamiento operativo se realiza por cinco año, con un valor residual nulo, sustituyendo el existente , y de acuerdo a las prescripciones técnicas descritas en el proyecto redactado por el Arquitecto Municipal, Carlos Cobos Ortiz. El presupuesto base de licitación de este contrato parte de 272.904 euros, I.V.A. incluido,  para lo  que el Ayuntamiento consignará en el Presupuesto Municipal una partida de 54.860 euros anuales, a razón de 4.548 euros mensuales, partida que parten como máximos mejorables por la baja entre las empresas concurrentes a la licitación. Esta fórmula de renting es una propuesta que ya se abordó en la anterior Corporación a propuesta de Francisco Aguilar, entonces representante en el extinguido Patronato Deportivo Municipal, actual portavoz Municipal del Partido Popular.

Destacar que el contrato de renting estipula la obligación de la empresa adjudicataria a realizar el mantenimiento del pavimento durante los cinco años que estipula el contrato, contemplándose que la empresa pueda ofertar un plazo de garantía superior a la duración del  acuerdo, que será valorado en el procedimiento de la adjudicación del mismo.

Así mismo en la sesión de Pleno se abordaban en el punto séptimo,  los recursos de reposición interpuestos por empleados municipales, y del extinguido Patronato Deportivo Municipal, contra el acuerdo plenario derogatorio del Reglamento de Productividad para los empleados públicos del Ayuntamiento y aprobatorio de criterios generales para la distribución por programas o áreas de la cantidad global destinada al complemento de productividad y su asignación individual al personal al servicio del consistorio. Sobre este punto un informe del  Secretario Municipal declara nulas estas solicitudes, por que se desestiman dichos recursos.
