Teresa Alonso acusa a Aurelio Fernández de falta de experiencia y desconocimiento de los procesos de licitación

La concejal delegada de Régimen Interior del Ayuntamiento de Lucena,  Teresa Alonso, acusaba al concejal del Partido Popular, Aurelio Fernández de falta de experiencia y desconocimiento de los procesos de licitación del consistorio  tras  las críticas vertidas sobre el pliego del contrato del gabinete de prensa del Ayuntamiento.

La edil municipal defendía la solvencia técnica del pliego de condiciones “que incluso es más laxo” dijo, de la de 2016, cuando se hizo con el acuerdo de todos los grupos políticos. El objetivo, según Alonso, es que puedan participar más empresas.

El aumento del precio de licitación, argumentó, se basa el que se incluyen más servicios, y dicho precio, indicó, depende un en un estudio de costes, que también debía incluir el documento.

Alonso, acusaba a Fernández de una falta de experiencia importante a la hora de analizar estas cuestiones y de desconocimiento de la ley de contratos.
