La delegación de Educación licita las obras para la mejora de la cubierta del Colegio Público Virgen del Carmen

a delegación de Educación de la Junta de Andalucía en Córdoba ha licitado por un presupuesto de 115.310 euros  las obras para la mejora de las condiciones térmicas en la cubierta del Colegio de Educación Infantil y Primaria Nuestra Señora del Carmen.

El plazo de ejecución de los trabajos sería de dos meses. La obra, promovida por la Agencia Pública Andaluza de Educación, se enmarca dentro del Programa de Climatización sostenible y rehabilitación energética para este año en la provincia de Córdoba.

La intervención propuesta daría servicio a la comunidad educativa, ante la demanda presentada por el centro, para que se mejore el estado deficiente de la cubierta de un aula que adolece de filtraciones y patologías por humedad. Con la actuación pretendida, según la memoria del proyecto se cubrirá este déficit de infraestrutura, consiguiendo la mejora de los servicios públicos de educación.

Este problema ya fue denunciado por los padres y madres del centro y el grupo municipal del Partido Popular el pasado mes de enero y el pleno del Ayuntamiento de Lucena dio luz verde al carácter urgente de unas actuaciones que según el equipo de gobierno, al exceder un presupuesto determinado, se han dilatado en el tiempo .

Tras la licitación de los trabajos se da un paso más para eliminar un problema que ha supuesto el traslado incluso de los alumnos de este aula del centro educativo por riesgo del derrumbe del techo y cuya reparación ha sido demandada reiteradamente por los distintos grupos políticos representados en el Ayuntamiento y por la Asociación de Madres y Padres del centro.
