Los vecinos de Casatejada con miedo por el avance del desprendimiento de la ladera

Más de mes y medio ha transcurrido desde que se produjeran los desprendimientos en la ladera del río Lucena a su paso por la aldea de Casa Tejada. Los vecinos del lugar manifiestan el miedo que día  y noche padecen, ya que a diario notan el avance del desprendimiento. A finales de noviembre, los vecinos de Casa Tejada se vieron sorprendidos por el desplome de parte de la ladera de contención que protege este núcleo vecinal del río Lucena a su paso por la misma. Las últimas lluvias han provocado el descarne que últimamente se venía intuyendo en la ladera del río, lo cual hizo  que este se acrecentara y provocara el derrumbe de unos 30 metros de longitud del muro de protección, que fue construido hace unos 17 años. Desde entonces de manera puntual solo se ha recibido la visita de algún técnico de la Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir para constatar y anunciar la intervención en la misma.

Según han informado los vecinos, el alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez, se interesó por los daños producidos en esta zona, si bien manifestaba que, tratándose de un proyecto de la Confederación Hidrográfica del Guadalquivir, debe ser este organismo el que informe al respecto y ha evitado dar más información. Tampoco se ha informado del proyecto de restitución ni de la intervención a desarrollar.

Los vecinos manifiestan que a primeros de diciembre visitaron la zona técnicos de la Confederación Hidrográfica, quienes les anunciaron que el lunes siguiente  se empezarían los trabajos para frenar el desprendimiento, algo que no ha sucedido.

Los vecinos mantienen el miedo ante la llegada de nuevas precipitaciones, pues los deslizamientos del terreno continúan, dejando además las viviendas a poco más de metro y medio de la ladera como  puede apreciarse en la superficie de la cima, que presenta una zona agrietada, así como algunos de los postes de suministro eléctrico cercanos a la ladera .

Apuntan que algunos de los afectados ni siquiera han podido sacar el automóvil durante este tiempo, pues las cocheras están localizadas hacia la zona que ha sufrido el desprendimiento y los vehículos no tienen espacio de maniobra para poder salir de las mismas.

En el área donde se han dado los desprendimientos se pueden observar las conducciones de electricidad al descubierto, así como las tuberías de agua y saneamiento, con el peligro que puede conllevar.
