La concejal delegada de Hacienda del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, María de la O Redondo, explicaba los detalles de la modificación de la ordenanza para la regularización de los Asimilados Fuera de Ordenación que entrará en vigor el próximo mes de octubre.
La edil municipal, indicaba que el objetivo es poder resolver la situación jurídica de estas edificaciones. En este sentido, explicaba que se ha modificado la cuota tributaria eliminando la parte variable, y fijando la cantidad a aportar en 799 euros. Redondo, indicó que en el momento que se solicita el AFO se genera el procedimiento por lo que “no se puede dar marcha atrás”. Según la edil municipal se trata de una cuestión muy necesaria que ya el Partido Popular ya planteó en su programa electoral.
Con respecto a los beneficios sociales y económicos la concejal popular indicó que se incrementará la seguridad jurídica con el acceso al registro de la propiedad y catastro. También se fomentará la calidad ambiental y paisajística eliminando los vertidos y favoreciendo la conducción de aguas residuales.
Los beneficios económicos para las arcas municipales, añadió, se verán reflejados con el incremento del IBI, junto con las licencias para acometer reformas necesarias.
Para poder acogerse a esta ordenanza las viviendas no deben de haber realizado obras en los últimos cinco años.
