Las obras para el refuerzo de la estructura del gimnasio del Colegio El Prado se iniciarán el 4 de septiembre

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena ha adjudicado a la empresa Jorge Jiménez Ruiz los trabajos para el refuerzo estructural del gimnasio del Colegio El Prado.

Las obras tienen un plazo de ejecución de 3 meses y un presupuesto de 33.189 euros más IVA. Los trabajos  se iniciarán el próximo 4 de septiembre. Durante el periodo que dure la actuación los alumnos de este centro educativo no podrán hacer uso de la infraestructura.

El objetivo es consolidar y reforzar la estructura de unas dependencias que en el caso del centro educativo inició su andadura hace 44 años, aunque el gimnasio se creó en los años 90 y   se cerró en el año 2.000.

Los problemas en este edificio se han centrado principalmente en la estructura del tejado, aunque desde el centro educativo también se ha demandado que se proceda al  adecentamiento  del edificio con la mejora del suelo y la posterior pintura del inmueble.
