El servicio, abierto a jóvenes de 12 a 29 años, combina atención individual y talleres grupales en temas de salud mental, autoestima y convivencia
La concejal delegada de Salud y Juventud, Miriam Ortiz, presentaba la nueva programación de actividades que se desarrollará hasta final de año, con una oferta que combina ocio alternativo, formación y apoyo psicológico dirigida a la población joven del municipio.
Durante la presentación, Miriam Ortiz subrayó que “las políticas de juventud deben situar a los jóvenes en el centro, escuchando sus necesidades y ofreciendo espacios donde puedan expresarse, formarse y cuidar de su salud mental”. En este sentido, anunció la puesta en marcha de una nueva edición del programa “Abiertamente”, una asesoría joven gratuita que ofrece orientación psicológica individual y talleres grupales sobre autoestima, ansiedad, relaciones afectivo-sexuales, adicciones y hábitos saludables.
El servicio, coordinado por la psicóloga sanitaria Almudena López, se ofrecerá de forma presencial en la Casa de la Juventud los lunes y viernes de 16:30 a 19:30 horas, además de contar con canales digitales a través de Instagram (@abiertamente.joven) y correo electrónico. Este espacio tiene como objetivo acompañar a los jóvenes de manera cercana, ofreciendo información fiable y apoyo emocional adaptado a sus inquietudes.
Por su parte, el técnico de Juventud, Antonio Jiménez, avanzó algunas de las actividades incluidas en la programación para las próximas semanas, incluyendo cerca de 15 actividades entre las que destacan diferentes talleres y charlas, el curso homologado de Monitor de Ocio y Tiempo Libre, la jornada “Time to Move” sobre movilidad europea en colaboración con la Diputación de Córdoba, así como distintas propuestas culturales y de ocio durante el periodo navideño. Miriam Ortiz concluyó señalando que “la Casa de la Juventud es y debe seguir siendo un espacio de encuentro, formación y acompañamiento para los jóvenes de Lucena, con programas como Abiertamente, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con su bienestar, su desarrollo personal y su participación en la vida de la ciudad”.
