La Asociación Nacional de Directores de Recursos Humanos y Abogados Laboralistas ha reconocido al lucentino, Miguel Cuenca Valdivia “por su trabajo realizado en el ámbito de las Relaciones Laborales, así como por su constancia y calidad, que le han convertido en un ejemplo”, algo que destacaban en el ámbito de los premios que otorga este colectivo.
Los galardones han alcanzado su séptima edición y se han celebrado en Madrid.
Miguel Cuenca Valdivia ya obtuvo en 2017, la Medalla al Mérito al Trabajo por el Consejo de Ministros. Actualmente se miembro de los Ilustres Colegios de Abogados de Madrid y de Lucena y miembro directivo del Foro Español de Laboralista.
Reconocido también como Hijo Predilecto de Lucena y de la Mancomunidad de la Subbética, Cuenca Valdivia, ha sido director general de Empleo, Subsecretario de Empleo y Relaciones Laborales, Secretario General del Instituto Nacional de Industria o Miembro del Consejo Económico y Social de la Unión Europea.
