Como parte de su compromiso con la formación y la empleabilidad, KEYTER Group pone en marcha la primera edición de 2025 del curso de Montaje de Cuadros Eléctricos, dirigido a jóvenes menores de 30 años que estén inscritos en el programa de Garantía Juvenil.
La formación, que dará comienzo durante el mes de junio y se desarrollará a lo largo de junio y julio se impartirá en Lucena y está orientada a proporcionar una base sólida de conocimientos teórico-prácticos en el montaje de cuadros eléctricos de equipos de refrigeración y climatización.
El curso incluye módulos específicos sobre fundamentos de la electricidad, la identificación y manipulación de materiales y componentes eléctricos, interpretación de esquemas eléctricos, así como las técnicas básicas de montaje y cableado de cuadros eléctricos. Además de la formación teórica, los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de realizar prácticas profesionales en entornos reales de trabajo, en KEYTER e INTARCON, donde podrán aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos de la mano de personal técnico especializado.
Esta iniciativa busca acercar a los jóvenes al mundo laboral, ofreciéndoles una formación especializada, sin coste alguno, y orientada a sectores industriales estratégicos. Desde KEYTER Group se considera fundamental proporcionar este tipo de herramientas formativas como vía de acceso al empleo y al desarrollo de una carrera profesional sostenible en el tiempo.
El plazo de inscripción permanecerá abierto hasta el 1 de junio. Las plazas son limitadas, por lo que se recomienda a las personas interesadas realizar la solicitud lo antes posible para garantizar su participación.
