La parlamentaria andaluza por el PSOE de Córdoba Isabel Ambrosio ha reprochado al Gobierno de Moreno Bonilla su silencio acerca de la apertura de la sede judicial de Lucena que acumula un retraso de 9 meses sobre la última fecha prevista y que, a día de hoy, está aún pendiente de la resolución de problemas.
En una pregunta o en comisión parlamentaria al consejero de Justicia, José Antonio Nieto, Ambrosio demandaba información sobre la puesta en funcionamiento de la nueva sede judicial de Lucena que, tras una inversión de unos 5 millones de euros, dispondrá de unos 4.000 metros cuadrados en lugar de los 780 metros del espacio que actualmente ocupa.
La socialista criticaba que la Junta se niegue a dar una fecha exacta de apertura del servicio judicial en la ciudad y, por tanto, no ratifique el anuncio que hiciera el alcalde de Lucena de que estaría operativa en junio próximo. Para la parlamentaria, “son responsables de generar expectativas que luego no cumplen”, como ha sucedido con todo el proceso de la sede judicial de Lucena, en la que ha recordado que el Gobierno de Moreno Bonilla anunció en febrero de 2021 el inicio de la obra que, no obstante, no se produjo hasta agosto, y que dos años después, en julio de 2023 fueron suspendidas por diferencias con la empresa suministradora de electricidad sobre la ubicación del transformador.
La socialista ha criticado, además, que la Junta ha faltado a su palabra cuando en septiembre pasado el delegado del Gobierno visitó la obra para dar tranquilidad y anunciar que la sede estará abierta antes de que se iniciara el año, lo que volvió a ocurrir en octubre “con una visita a las obras de la plana mayor del Gobierno en la que anunciaron que en el mes de enero ya habría señalamientos en la sede judicial de Lucena”.
Ambrosio ha afeado a Nieto que “entonces ocultaran que restaba por solucionar problemas, como la ubicación del transformador, que no es rápido ni fácil de resolver, así como el contrato del mobiliario al que le quedan aún meses para ser resuelto”, y lo ha apoyado con las declaraciones de la delegada de Justicia que reveló este año “que el proceso está parado y atascado, en palabras textuales”.
