Una iniciativa que busca fomentar la colaboración público-privada en el ámbito de la formación profesional, orientada a la inserción laboral del alumnado.
En el marco de las II Jornadas Técnicas de Colaboración del Sector Productivo con Educación, en las que participan la consejería de Desarrollo Educativo y Formación Profesional de la Junta de Andalucía, el CEP Priego-Montilla e Intarcon la empresa lucentina ha aprovechado para celebrar la clausura del II Concurso de Prototipos de Formación Profesional Intarcon cuyo objetivo es fomentar la colaboración público-privada en el ámbito de la formación profesional, orientada a la inserción laboral del alumnado, potenciar habilidades de trabajo colaborativo y la resolución de proyectos grupales por parte del alumnado.
Una iniciativa que persigue potenciar la investigación en nuevas tecnologías y herramientas didácticas que facilitan el aprendizaje por parte del alumnado y en la que este año han participado un total de nueve centros de toda Andalucía ofreciendo, tal y como ha destacado el CEO del Grupo Keyter-Intarcon-Genaq, José María Raya, un altísimo nivel en sus proyectos, entre ellos el presentado por el IES Sierra de Aras de Lucena consistente en el desarrollo de una unidad enfriadora con variador e implementación de control predictivo mediante Arduino, con gestión térmica y gestión anticipada para optimizar rendimiento y eficiencia energética.
Al acto ha asistido el alcalde de Lucena, Aurelio Fernández que ha recordado la implantación en nuestra ciudad de la formación profesional dual y ha destacado la importancia de conectar el tejido empresarial con la formación profesional en aras de aportar personal cualificado a las empresas mediante alumnos a los que se les abre la oportunidad de incorporarse el mundo laboral.
En nombre de la consejería de Desarrollo Educativo y Formación Profesional, el delegado territorial, Diego Ángel Copé ha valorado la formación profesional como una enseñanza de vanguardia que ha logrado consolidarse, con la implantación del sistema dual, desde la apuesta de la Junta de Andalucía.
Florentino Santos, secretario general de Formación Profesional, ha indicado que la formación profesional destaca por ser una enseñanza vinculada a los sectores productivos con un objetivo profesionalizante que busca la incorporación del alumno al mercado laboral a través de aliados estratégicos como la administración y las empresas.
Un sistema implantado en toda Europa y muy extendido en toda Andalucía donde ha crecido más de un 40% en los últimos años, con 83.000 empresas adheridas, más del 50% de los alumnos insertados en el mercado laboral en menos de un año, y en el caso de ciclos superiores, 6 de cada 10 alumnos obteniendo trabajo antes de un año.
