Abogado de profesión, Barbancho pregonó la Semana Santa de Lucena en 2023.
El acuerdo unánime de la junta de gobierno de la archicofradía nazarena ha servido para que Francisco Barbancho Espada se convierta en pregonero de Ntro. Padre Jesús Nazareno en la cuaresma de 2026.
Nacido en Lucena el día 22 de diciembre de 1984, en el seno de una familia tradicional y cristiana, licenciado en Derecho y abogado de profesión, Barbancho ha sido pregonero de Santiado en 2000, Exaltador del Valle en 2001y pregonero de la Archicofradía del Carmen en 2018. En 2022 fue pregonero de la cofradía franciscana de Pasión y un año más tarde pregonó la Semana Santa de Lucena.
Junto a Chari Fernández ha creado un hogar que ha dado fruto a tres preciosos hijos; Patricia, de seis años, Francisco Manuel de un año y Victoria de apenas tres meses de vida a quienes inculcan valores de familia cristiana.
