El CB Lucena Cárnicas Moriles ha estado dirigido por el técnico cordobés Ángel Fernández “Tripi”, en un proyecto que comenzó hace tres años y que ha venido a dar sus frutos esta temporada con la consecución del título de liga. Este grupo de jugadores han experimentado un importante crecimiento teniendo en cuenta que algunos comenzaron a jugar al baloncesto sin tener conocimiento de las reglas más básicas de este deporte.
