El CEIP El Valle acoge el último taller de igualdad de la Diputación de Córdoba

La delegada provincial Auxiliadora Moreno y la concejala Irene Aguilera han participado en esta actividad durante la ludoteca de verano

La Diputación de Córdoba y la Plataforma Cordobesa Contra la Violencia de las Mujeres han clausurado este miércoles en el CEIP El Valle de Lucena su programa de talleres sobre igualdad, desarrollado a lo largo del mes de julio en varios municipios de la provincia.

La jornada ha contado con la presencia de Auxiliadora Moreno, diputada provincial de Igualdad; Irene Aguilera, concejala de Igualdad y Servicios Sociales; Antonio Rodríguez, director de este centro educativo donde se desarrolla una de las ludotecas municipales de verano; y representantes de la Plataforma.

Rosa    Quirós, del equipo de trabajo de la plataforma cordobesa contra la violencia de género, indicaba que esta entidad lleva ocho años llevando a los colegios estos talleres. Este año han recorrido 8 pueblos con la participación de 800 niños y niñas.

Durante el acto, Irene Aguilera ha agradecido el compromiso de la Diputación y de la Plataforma, destacando que “la igualdad debe trabajarse desde todos los ámbitos y en todas las edades, y este tipo de talleres nos permite hacerlo de forma amena y efectiva”. Aguilera ha subrayado que “Lucena vuelve a sumarse con decisión a la lucha contra las violencias machistas desde la base, educando en valores de respeto y convivencia”.

Por su parte, Auxiliadora Moreno ha valorado el trabajo del equipo de formadoras y el impacto de esta edición, que ha recorrido ocho municipios y alcanzado a más de 800 menores: “Hoy clausuramos este ciclo en Lucena, pero el trabajo continúa durante todo el año. Desde la Diputación estamos comprometidas con proyectos como este que, desde la educación, promueven una sociedad más justa y libre de violencia”, agradeciendo la implicación del Ayuntamiento de Lucena y del CEIP El Valle en esta jornada final.

El director del Colegio Virgen del Valle, Antonio Rodríguez, destacaba las actividades del centro y la acogida de los alumnos, junto a los programas que desarrolla.
