El Ayuntamiento modificará el PGOU para que edificios del centro histórico puedan dedicarse exclusivamente a uso comercial

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena, ha iniciado los trámites para modificar el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de cara a que edificios del centro histórico puedan acoger un uso exclusivamente comercial. Actualmente, la normativa municipal exige que el 51 por ciento de la superficie de estos inmuebles deben dedicarse a suelo residencial.

El concejal delegado de Urbanismo del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, César del Espino, explicaba que ha habido empresas interesadas en edificios en el centro de Lucena, que no han podido ubicarse en la ciudad por dichos requerimientos.

En este sentido, del Espino, indicó que era una medida muy necesaria dado el atractivo de Lucena como lugar en el que invertir por parte de los grandes comercios.
