El Ayuntamiento de Lucena pretende adjudicar este año el primer tramo de la conducción de agua desde Zambra

El alcalde de Lucena, Juan Pérez, anunciaba que el Ayuntamiento de Lucena pretende adjudicar este año las obras del primer tramo de la conducción de agua desde Zambra. Los trabajos se centrarían en la cabecera y el final de la conducción.

Las obras de este primer tramo, según Pérez, tendrían un plazo de ejecución de 9 meses. Posteriormente se debería de licitar el tramo central, con un periodo de obras de seis meses más. Esta infraestructura supondría una inversión de 7 millones de euros y con ella se podría  aumentar considerablemente la cantidad de agua que llega del manantial de Zambra, que pasaría de los 1.000 metros cúbicos actuales a los 9.000.

El importante presupuesto con el que cuenta el proyecto hace el consistorio se encuentre a la búsqueda de financiación tanto de entidades públicas como  privadas, con el objeto de obtener el préstamo correspondiente en el caso de  no poder  acceder a ninguna subvención.
