La Cooperativa Olivarera de Lucena y Aceites Fuente La Parra presentan un proyecto de Oleoturismo

Empresarios del sector hostelero, representantes  políticos y medios de comunicación asistían en la Cooperativa Olivarera de Lucena, a la presentación de un proyecto de Oleoturismo, que se pone en marcha en  colaboración con Aceites Fuente la Parra.

El presidente de la Cooperativa Olivarera de Lucena, Francisco de Mora, explicaba que se trata de un proyecto pionero en la comarca con el que se pretende promocionar el sector del olivar, promover el turismo y resaltar la riqueza cultural de Lucena.  En este sentido, anunció, se crearán rutas turísticas y se reforzarán las infraestructuras, uniendo sinergias  para lograr avances significativos.

La gerente de Aceites Fuente La Parra, Sierri Tienda, explicaba los distintos paquetes de oleoexperiencia que se pondrán en marcha y que engloban visitas a monumentos, a almazaras, olivares, catas degustación o desayunos molineros.

En el acto también estuvo presente el delegado provincial de Agricultura, Francisco Ramón Acosta, quien indicó que el oleoturismo es un proyecto importante, que se basa en uno de los productos más destacados de las culturas milenarias que han pasado por Andalucía. Acosta destacó el apoyo de la Junta de Andalucía por este sector.

Finalmente, el alcalde de Lucena, Aurelio Fernández, indicó que se trata de un proyecto que deben de apoyar todas las administraciones debido a que no podemos olvidar que Lucena también es una ciudad agrícola. Fernández  destacó el papel de Grupo de Desarrollo para incentivar proyectos relacionados con el olivar.

La actividad culminó con una visita a las almazaras y un desayuno molinero.
