Concluye la primera semana de los Campamentos de Verano con la entrega de diplomas

Un total de 30 niños han participado en la primera semana de los Campamentos de Verano de Lucena, que organizados por la Delegación Municipal de Medio Ambiente se celebran en la antigua estación de ferrocarril.

La concejal delegada de esta área, Charo Valverde, junto con el alcalde de Lucena, Aurelio Fernández, hacían entrega de los correspondientes diplomas a los participantes. El campamento, según Valverde, se prolongará a lo largo de todo el mes de julio con el objeto de que las familias puedan conciliar en estos meses de vacaciones escolares.

Aurelio Fernández, explicaba que esta iniciativa pretende también fomentar la concienciación Medio Ambiental entre los más pequeños. En total serán 150 niños los que participarán en estos campamentos, para los que todavía quedan algunas plazas disponibles.

El primer edil lucentino, agradecía la labor de  las monitoras y de la técnica de Medio Ambiente en la organización y coordinación de esta actividad.
