La Casa de los Mora acoge hasta el 12 de octubre esta exposición itinerante con obras inspiradas en experiencias reales de jóvenes.
En el Claustro de la Planta Baja de la Casa de los Mora permanecerá abierta hasta el 12 de octubre la exposición itinerante “La adolescencia ante la violencia machista: Vivencias, actitudes y percepciones sobre la violencia machista en adolescentes”, organizada por la Comisión para la Investigación de Malos Tratos a Mujeres (CIMTM).
La concejala de Igualdad, Irene Aguilera, y la directora del Centro Municipal de Información a la Mujer (CIM), Lola Lamas, han visitado esta muestra que reúne un total de 30 ilustraciones inspiradas en testimonios reales de adolescentes que han sufrido o presenciado distintas formas de violencia machista, desde la violencia física y psicológica hasta el acoso callejero o el control ejercido a través de las redes sociales. Su objetivo es sensibilizar a la juventud y a la sociedad en general sobre la urgencia de erradicar estas conductas que limitan la libertad y dañan la convivencia.
Las obras han sido realizadas por cinco ilustradoras noveles comprometidas con la causa, a partir de los testimonios recogidos en el informe “Vivencias, actitudes y percepciones sobre la violencia de género de adolescentes de la Comunidad de Madrid”, elaborado por la CIMTM. Este estudio ofrece una radiografía directa de cómo los y las adolescentes identifican y experimentan la violencia machista en su entorno más cercano.
Con la finalidad de reforzar su carácter pedagógico, la exposición se pondrá a disposición de los centros educativos de secundaria de Lucena, que podrán concertar visitas guiadas para su alumnado. Desde el Consistorio lucentino se invita a toda la ciudadanía a acercarse a esta muestra que combina arte, testimonio y conciencia social en un espacio abierto al debate y la reflexión.
