El Ayuntamiento adjudica a AROAN los trabajos de mejora de saneamiento en la calle Juan Manuel de Aréjula

El concejal delegado de Obras del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Javier Pineda, anunciaba que el consistorio ha adjudicado a la empresa Arquitectura y Obras de Andalucía S.L, (AROAN), los trabajos para la mejora del saneamiento y alcantarillado de la calle Juan Manuel de Aréjula. Cuentan con un presupuesto de 572.000 euros y un plazo de ejecución de 5 meses.

Las obras están financiadas en un 80 por ciento por la Diputación Provincial de Córdoba gracias al Plan Plurianual de Inversiones, y el 20 por ciento restante por el Ayuntamiento de Lucena.

Los trabajos, según el edil municipal consisten en la instalación de un colector de aguas residuales desde la calle Juan Manuel de Aréjula hasta Donantes de Sangre. El objeto del proyecto es solucionar los problemas de inundaciones que existían en la zona de Quiebracarretas.
