Una medida que viene a dar cumplimiento al convenio suscrito con Epremasa y conlleva la adquisición de 108 nuevos contenedores soterrados

El pasado 08.04.2024 dieron comienzo las obras correspondientes a la reposición y soterramiento de contenedores destinados a la fracción orgánica/resto y envases ligeros conforme a lo previsto en el marco del convenio firmado entre esta Entidad y la Diputación de Córdoba el pasado18.07.22, actuaciones, cuya adjudicación ha recaído sobre la empresa Arquitectura y Obras de Andalucía S.L ( con sede en nuestro municipio), y cuya inversión va destinada a:

– La adquisición de 108 nuevos contenedores soterrados (100 unidades de orgánica/resto, 4 de envases ligeros y 4 de vidrio) a fin de sustituir las primeras unidades soterradas en el municipio que datan del 2006 y tras lo cual quedarán mejorados y adaptados un total de 85 emplazamientos de recogida.

– Soterrado de contenedores en las pedanías de Jauja y las Navas del Selpillar (cuatro emplazamientos para Jauja y cuatro para las Navas)

– Ampliación del servicio mediante la dotación de una batería completa de contenedores en cuatro nuevas ubicaciones en Lucena ( Calle Joaquín Turina; Las Bulerías; Juego de Pelota Y Luis Alberto de Cuenca) y modificación de emplazamiento de hasta cinco puntos para mejora del servicio (como es Calle San Marcos, Plaza de España(2), Paseo de Rojas y Corralás)

Todo ello se distribuye en dos bloques de actuación que se contemplan en un plazo de 22 semanas para el caso de sustitución de los 108 contenedores, el cual ya ha sido iniciado, ( habiéndose culminado a la fecha un total de 6 unidades, en las que se puede apreciar los nuevos buzones instalados) y al que proseguirá un plazo de 12 semanas para el soterrado de nuevas unidades.

Con todo ello la inversión total asciende a: 1.339.000 euros (776.020 € destinados a la sustitución de buzones; 234.700 € a nuevas instalaciones; 282.000 € obras necesarias para la sustitución de contenedores, lo cual se completa con 46.484 euros ya destinados a la reparación integral del resto de buzones / contenedores del resto de fracciones, más actuales, para los que no es preciso su sustitución aunque si su mantenimiento).
