El Pantano de Iznájar cierra el año al 23,70 por ciento de capacidad

Este lago de Iznájar acumula actualmente 218 hectómetros cúbicos de agua, ocho más que en la misma fecha de hace un año

Las precipitaciones registradas en lo que llevamos de año agrícola y que han acumulado 313 litros por metro cuadrado en Lucena no se deja reflejar significativamente en el Pantano de Iznájar.

En el inicio del nuevo año, el pantano registra un total de 218 hectómetros cúbicos, lo que supone un 23,7 por ciento de su capacidad, que asciende a 920 hectómetros cúbicos. La cantidad es muy similar a la registrada en la misma semana de hace un año, cuando se contabilizaban 210 hectómetros cúbicos y un porcentaje del 22,83 por ciento.

Mayor es la cantidad de agua que se registraba de media en el pantano en la última década con 326 hectómetros cúbicos acumulados, lo que suponía un 35,46 por ciento de su capacidad.

No obstante la cantidad se espera que se incremente en las próximas semanas ya que las previsiones anuncian precipitaciones para las primeras semanas de  2026.
