El Ayuntamiento de Lucena oferta siete nuevos puestos de trabajo para este ejercicio

El consistorio cerraría el ejercicio con la mayor oferta de empleo de su historia sumando un total de 33 plazas

El concejal delegado de Personal del Ayuntamiento de Lucena, Francis Aguilar, anunciaba que el consistorio lucentino convoca una nueva oferta de empleo público aprobada  en Mesa de Negociación. El objetivo, apuntó, es el de dotar a las distintas delegaciones del personal necesario con una programación consensuada con Jefatura de Servicios, sindicatos y grupos políticos.

Aguilar explicaba que los nuevos siete puestos vienen a complementar los 26 que se anunciaron en verano. Además, indicó que ya es una realidad la estabilización de empleados públicos, un proceso que ha concluido con cuatro meses de antelación.

El responsable de Personal del Ayuntamiento de Lucena enumeraba los distintos puestos. En concreto se creará una plaza de Arquitecto, una de Ingeniero de Caminos, una de Trabajador Social y una de Profesor de Música en la especialidad de violín. Además, a través de la promoción interna se dotará de una plaza de Inspector de Policía Local y dos de Subinspector.

El edil de Personal explicaba que una de las prioridades del actual equipo de gobierno es la seguridad, por lo que además de proceder a poner en funcionamiento las cámaras de vigilancia también se cubrirá el cupo de vacantes de Policía Local, duplicando además las plazas de inspector y subinspector. El objetivo, según indicó, es seguir trabajando en la convocatoria de 2025 para dotar de mayor número de efectivos al cuerpo local de policía. Se pretende que la plantilla alcance los 86 agentes.

Con respecto a las plazas anunciadas este verano Francis Aguilar explicaba que en los próximo días se publicarán las bases en el BOE de algunos de los puestos ofertados por lo que las personas interesadas en concurrir a las mismas tendrán un plazo de 15 días para inscribirse a partir de dicha publicación. Desde el consistorio se pretende que antes de que finalice el año se inicien los distintos procesos selectivos.
