El Ayuntamiento de Lucena lanza un curso de mediador juvenil en prevención de adicciones y un taller de podcast

Ambas propuestas son gratuitas y se enmarcan dentro del proyecto de asesoría joven “AbiertaMENTE”

El Ayuntamiento de Lucena, a través de las delegaciones de Salud y Juventud, ha convocado desde el servicio de asesoría joven “AbiertaMENTE” un curso formativo bajo el título “Mediadores Juveniles en Prevención de drogodependencias y otras adicciones”, y un taller de creación de podcast junto con Weekend Proms llamado “Radio Joven Lucena”.

Con respecto al curso, se trata de una formación gratuita y certificada por el Ayuntamiento de Lucena, con una duración de 10,5 horas y plazas limitadas. Tendrá lugar entre el mes de octubre y el mes de noviembre en horario de tarde (de 17:00 a 18:30 horas), en la Casa de la Juventud de Lucena.

Esta acción formativa promueve el aprendizaje de pautas de actuación ante las drogodependencias (mitos, detección de situaciones de riesgo, información sobre las mismas, pautas de actuación ante su aparición etc). Fomenta la adquisición de hábitos saludables y ofrece información gratuita y veraz sobre las drogas y otras adicciones. Se plantea que los asistentes colaboren como agentes del cambio en su círculo social, dotándolos de un papel activo y cooperativo.

Por otro lado, el taller de creación de podcast “Radio Joven Lucena” surge como un espacio para dar voz a los jóvenes y que cuenten lo que piensan, lo que sienten y cómo perciben su realidad. El objetivo de este proyecto es grabar una serie de podcast sobre temas diversos relacionados con la salud mental, los hábitos saludables y las inquietudes y problemas de la población juvenil.

Este taller, también gratuito y con certificado de participación, se desarrollará en la Casa de la Juventud a partir del día 18 de octubre con varias sesiones en las que estos jóvenes también podrán participar  en la edición y montaje del contenido, adquiriendo así no solo habilidades sanas para su desarrollo cognitivo, emocional y social sino también para su desarrollo digital
