El pleno aprueba la contratación de un Servicio de Asistencia Técnica para la creación de la Red de Huertos Urbanos

Vox votó en abstención y PSOE, IU y Ciudadanos votaron en contra

Con el voto favorable de los concejales del  equipo de gobierno  y del concejal no adscrito Francisco de Mora salía adelante la propuesta para el inicio de tramitación del expediente para la contratación del servicio de asistencia técnica para la implementación y desarrollo del Plan Estratégico para la Red de Huertos Urbanos de Lucena.

Con este contrato se pretende contratar un servicio profesional de consultoría técnica y planificación que permita impulsar y desarrollar la infraestructura verde en la ciudad, sustentada en el desarrollo de espacios y prácticas hortícolas conforme a lo estipulado en el I Plan Estratégico para el desarrollo de la Red de Huertos Urbanos de Lucena aprobado en Pleno de 30 de marzo de 2021.

Con respecto a la  duración del contrato se establece en un máximo de 24 meses, conforme a la consecución de hitos alcanzados en el desarrollo del programa para lo que se estima un coste económico que asciende a un total de 41.132,20 € impuestos incluidos.

Desde el Partido Socialista, su concejal Francisco Algar se mostraba en contra de la propuesta y planteaba la contratación de un técnico a jornada completa. La edil de Medio Ambiente, Charo Valverde, descartaba esta idea, debido, dijo, a que se necesitan varios perfiles profesionales como administrativos, técnicos  o topógrafos a los que se contrataría al 35 por ciento de la jornada.

Desde Izquierda Unida, su concejal, Miguel Villa, calificaba la propuesta cara y fuera de contexto mientras que Jesús López, en representación de Ciudadanos, abogaba por buscar otras alternativas.

Ya en su segunda intervención, Francisco Algar, también denunciaba que no se exija una mínima titulación para acceder al servicio ni tampoco experiencia en la gestión, además indicaba que el Plan Estratégico contempla estos servicios a un precio mucho más reducido.

Finalmente PSOE, Izquierda Unida y Ciudadanos votaron en contra de una medida que salió adelante gracias a los votos favorables de los concejales del equipo de gobierno y el concejal no adscrito.
